KAPITEL 4: FILTRIERANWEISUNG

4.1Einleitung

Das FootPrint Pro Filtriersystem ermöglicht das sichere und effiziente Filtrieren des Öls in einer Fritierwanne, während die anderen Fritierwannen einer Station in Betrieb bleiben.

Abschnitt 4.2 behandelt die Vorbereitung des Filtersystems für den Einsatz. Abschnitt 4.3 behandelt den Betrieb des Systems.

ACHTUNG

Der Aufstellungsleiter ist dafür verantwortlich, sicherzustellen, dass das Personal über die Gefahren beim Betrieb eines Heißfett-Filtrierungssystems, besonders die Verfahren zur Fettfiltrierung, zum Ablassen und Reinigen, informiert wird.

4.2Vorbereitung des Filters zur Verwendung

1.Die Filterwanne aus dem Schrank ziehen und das Krümelblech, den Niederhaltering, Filtereinsatz und das Filtersieb entfernen.

Die Filterwanne läuft auf Rollen in Schienen

– wie eine Küchenschublade. Die Wanne kann an der Vorderseite angehoben werden, um die vorderen Rollen und damit die Wanne herauszuheben. Dann die Wanne nach vorne ziehen, bis die hinteren Rollen aus den Schienen herauslaufen.

2.Den Schraubanschluss der Filterwanne prüfen, um sicher zu stellen, dass beide O- Ringe in gutem Zustand sind.

Das Krümelblech, den Niederhaltering, Filtereinsatz und das Filtersieb aus der Wanne nehmen. Alle Metallteile mit einer Lösung aus Allzweckkonzentrat und heißem Wasser reinigen und dann gründlich trocknen.
