Gebrauch der Analogsteuerung (Festkörper)

Die unten abgebildete Analogsteuerung dient zum Einstellen und Beibehalten der Öltemperatur, die auf dem Thermostatknopf angegeben ist. Die Fritiermaschine verfügt über zwei eingebaute Obergrenzen- Schutzfunktionen. Wenn die Temperatur in der Fritierwanne etwa 210 °C (410 °F) erreicht, öffnet der Computer den Heizrelais-Schaltkreis und schaltet die Heizelemente ab. Wenn die Temperatur in der Fritierwanne etwa 232 °C (450 °F) erreicht, schaltet ein mechanischer Obergrenzenschalter die Stromversorgung zu den Heizelementen ab. Das Personal sollte regelmäßig die einzelnen Obergrenzen- Schutzfunktionen auf korrekte Funktionsweise prüfen. Die Wartungsanforderungskarte (MRC) 15 enthält das zugehörige Verfahren.

Die Analogsteuerung verfügt über keine Zeitgeberfunktionen. Schüttel-, Entnahme- und Haltezeiten (QA) müssen vom Personal überwacht werden.
