8.After all the oil is pumped back into the frypot, bubbles will form, indicating air in the oil return lines. Allow the oil to bubble for

10-15 seconds to ensure oil is evacuated from the return lines. Push the yellow handle to close the oil return valve and deactivate the filter pump.
