CAUTION

When Super Macro is set, focal length is fixed to 60 mm (35 mm camera equivalent). Zoom function is not available.

When Super macro is set, flash cannot be used.When,, or is selected, Super macro cannot be used.

MEMO

Use a tripod to prevent camera shake in Macro mode.

Any of the following cancels Macro mode:-Changing the Mode dial to ?or r

-Turning the camera off

If the flash is too bright, use flash brightness adjustment (P.87).

Even if [MULTI] (p.85) in the [AF MODE] is set, the camera focuses near the center of the screen.

AF-assist may not function correctly if the camera is up close to the subject, such as in macro-mode.
