[ CONTINUOUS AF]

Use this setting to take pictures of a moving subject. The camera continues to focus on the main subject in the AF frame.

CAUTION

When using [ CONTINUOUS AF], attention must be given to the battery level.

The battery level (power consumption) increases when

using [ CONTINUOUS AF]. Because the camera focuses continuously without pressing the shutter button.

When using [ CONTINUOUS AF], [ AF MODE] is set to [ CENTER] automatically.

Use this setting to take picture of a static subject such as a landscape.

[ MF]

This mode is used in situations where you focus manually. Use this setting for alternative focusing or for intentionally out-of-focus shots.

AWhile pressing D, turn the zoom lever towards W or T to focus. The mark changes to yellow when the subject is in focus.

BPress the shutter button to take pictures.
