Periodic Routine Maintenance

Notice:

If you do not proceed to the next step immediately, close the printer’s top cover to protect the photoconductor drum from light.

After you have installed the print unit, install the toner bottle. See Replacing the Toner Bottle described previously in this chapter.

Close the printer’s upper door. Press down the top cover until it clicks shut. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
