1.2Loading Documents on the ADF for Scanning

5.Adjust the side guides to the width of the documents.

Move the side guides so that they touch both sides of the documents.

If there is any space between the side guides and the edges of documents, the scanned image may be skewed.

Side guide

		The stacker prevents document sheets from dropping after they are
HINT		scanned.
		Lift the paper stop and swing it forward by inserting your fingertips
		into the indentaitons on the scanner as shown in the figure below.
