To troubleshoot the indicated errors above:
•"U0" error
Confirm that the shipping lock is released.
•"U1" error
Remove all jammed documents.
Confirm that the documents meet the paper conditions for scanning.

When you encounter any alarm on the display, turn the scanner off and on. If the alarm is still displayed on the Function Number display, contact the store where you purchased the scanner or an authorized FUJITSU scanner service provider.
