N. NIP POINT: The point at which the top and bottom heat rollers come into contact and the point at which the items for lamination are introduced into the laminator.
O. ROLLER PRESSURE HANDLE:
Adjusts the amount of roller pressure needed for various laminating and mounting applications, (Figure 7).
Laminating: adhere in multiple
layers. Mounting: bond to a frame or support.
Heavy Gauge: laminating films thicker than 1.5 mil / 38 mic
P. REAR SLITTER: Used to cut off the laminated web, (Figure 8).
Q. TAKE UP ASSEMBLY: Rewinds the release liner of the pressure sensitive films, mounting films and used foil. Comes standard on the Catena 105 and 65 models (Figure 8).

R. FILM TENSION ADJUSTMENT:
Allows the operator to increase or decrease film web tension as needed to reduce curl and wrinkles, (Figure 9).
N. PUNTO DI PRESA: Punto in cui il rullo superiore e quello inferiore entrano in contatto bloccando il documento da plastificare, che viene così inserito nella macchina.
O. MANIGLIA PRESSIONE RULLI:
Regola la quantità di pressione dei rulli richiesta per le differenti applicazioni di plastificazione e montaggio (Figura 7).
Plastificare: adesione in vari strati.
Montaggio: montare il documento su un supporto.
Spessore grosso: plastificare con film di più di 1,5 mil / 38 mic.
P. ROTAIA DI TAGLIO: Utilizzata per tagliare il film alla sua uscita sul retro della plastificatrice (Figura 8).
Q. GRUPPO AVVOLGIMENTO:
Riavvolge il rivestimento di film autoadesivi, film per montaggio e film metallico usato. E’ incluso nel modello Catena 105 ed modelli 65 (Figura 8).

R. REGOLAZIONE TENSIONE
FILM: Consente all’operatore di aumentare o diminuire la tensione
del film per ridurre accartocciamenti
e corrugamenti, (Figura 9).
