6.With the help of another person, place the sanding unit onto the top of the cabinet, as shown in Figure 10, and fasten it to the cabi- net using (4) M8-1.25 x 45 hex bolts and (4) 516" flat washers.

7.Adjust the feet as necessary to level the machine, then tighten the hex nuts against the cabinet base.

8.Make sure that all tools and objects used for setup are cleared away from the machine.

The machine is now fully assembled and ready for the test run procedure.

Power Connection

Before the machine can be connected to the power source, an electrical circuit and connec- tion device must be prepared per the POWER SUPPLY section in this manual, and all previ- ous setup instructions in this manual must be complete to ensure that the machine has been assembled and installed properly.

Connecting Power

1.Turn the machine power switch OFF.

2.Insert the power cord plug into a matching power supply receptacle. The machine is now connected to the power source.

Disconnecting Power

1.Turn the machine power switch OFF.

2.Grasp the molded plug and pull it completely out of the receptacle. Do not pull by the cord as this may damage the wires inside.
