Grinding Wheels

The Model H7762 features two Type 50 plate- mounted grinding wheels that must be attached to the grinder body before any operation of the machine.

To install the grinding wheels:

 

1.Remove the rubber shaft end bushing from the end of the arbor.

2.Carefully slide the grinding wheel onto the arbor. Be sure not to bump or scratch the wheel as it may dent, crack or otherwise damage the wheel.

3.Align the large holes in the grinding wheel with the large screw holes in the connection plate of the grinder.

4.Tightly fasten the wheel to the connector plate using the four hex bolts. In order to properly balance the wheel, tighten the bolts in the order shown in Figure 5.

5.Push the rubber shaft end bushing back onto the end of the arbor.

6.Repeat Steps 1-6for the second grinding wheel.

Work Tables

The Model H7762 also features two work tables that must be installed before any work can com- mence.

To install the work tables:

 

1.Attach an angle gauges to the grinder body wih a 10mm washer, 10mm lock washer and lock handle as shown in Figure 6.
