System tools and settings

Selecting the »System« menu

1In the »Setting« menu, press »S« or »A« to select »System« and press »sII« to confirm.

Deleting files

1In the »System« menu, press »S« or »A« to select »Delete« and press »sII« to confirm.

– All the folders and files stored on the player are displayed.

2Select the folder with »S« or »A« and press »sII« to open it.

3Select the file with »S« or »A« and press »sII« to confirm. or

select the file directly with »S« or »A« and press »sII« to confirm.

– The »Delete« window appears.

4Press »S« or »A« to select »Yes« or »No« and press »sII« to confirm.

– If you select »Yes«, the selected file is deleted.

Formatting the player

Before formatting, make a backup of all the data on the PC, as otherwise the data may be lost.

1In the »System« menu, press »S« or »A« to select »Format« and press »sII« to confirm.

2Select the setting (»Quick« or »Complete«) with »S« or »A« and press »sII« to confirm.
