PROBLEM: An excessive amount of water leaks during use.

Possible Cause:

1)Too much water added to the tank.

2)Ultra-MicroFiber Pad is soaked.

Possible Solution:

1)Check the water level in the tank.

2)Replace the soaked pad with a dry one.

PROBLEM: The air vented by the cleaner has an odor.

Possible Cause:

1)New products can emit a rubbery smell for a short time after purchase.

2)Odors can arise if the Dust Collection Bin is not cleaned for a long time.

Possible Solution:

1) Clean out the Dust Collection Bin and filter.

PROBLEM: The suction is not working.

Possible Cause:

1)Ultra-MicroFiber™ Pad incorrectly placed on Pad Tray and is blocking vacuum vent.

2)Dust Collectionn Bin is full or not properly closed.

3)Something is blocking the vacuum vent.

Possible Solution:

1)Be sure the cleaning pad is affixed correctly in the proper alignment. Incorrect placement can result in the pad blocking the suction opening. See page 11.

2)Check to see if the Dust Collection Bin and filter is in need of cleaning.

3)Check to see if any foreign object is lodged in the vacuum vent and if so, dislodge it.
