Papas horneadas

Frotar y lavar las papas para hornear y perforar la piel en varios lugares con un tenedor. Apilar las papas en forma de pirámide en la vasija de manera que no toquen los costados.

Pastel de moras

4 libras (1.8 libras) de moras, frescas

2 tazas (500 ml) de azúcar

1⁄2 taza (125 ml) de tapioca de cocción rápida 1⁄2 taza (125 ml) de mantequilla, derretida

1⁄2 taza (125 ml) de azúcar

4 cucharaditas (20 ml) de polvo de hornear

1 cucharadita (5 ml) de sal

3 tazas (750 ml) de harina

2 tazas (500 ml) de leche

Combine las moras, 2 tazas (500 ml) de azúcar y la tapioca en la vasija de cocción. Para la cubierta de galleta: mezcle la mantequilla, 1⁄2 taza (125 ml) de azúcar, polvo de hornear, sal, harina y leche en un tazón. Deje caer cucharadas de mezcla sobre la fruta. Hornee a 350º F en un horno convencional por 60 a 75 minutos. Se obtienen 16 porciones.
