READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE USING THE TRACTOR, IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT OPER- ATORS STUDY IT FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY.
THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS MUST BE TAKEN TO HELP PREVENT ACCIDENTS. A CAREFUL OPERATOR WHO USES COMMON SENSE IS THE SAFEST OPERATOR.
TRAINING 
Read the instructions carefully. Be familiar with the controls and the proper use of the equipment. Learn how to stop the tractor quickly in an emergency.
Never allow children or people unfamiliar with these instructions to use the garden tractor and powered sweeper collector. Local regulations may restrict the age of the operator.
Never mow while people, especially children, or pets are nearby.
Keep in mind that the operator or user is responsible for accidents or hazards occurring to other people or their property.
Do not carry passengers.
All drivers should seek and obtain professional and practical instruction. Such instruction should emphasise:
-The need for care and concentration when working with this garden tractor and powered sweeper collector.
-The need to slow down when making tight turning manoeuvres. Failure to take adequate care can affect stability leading to loss of control of the tractor.

PREPARATION
While mowing, always wear substantial footwear and long trousers. Do not operate the equipment when barefoot or wearing open sandals. Eye protection should be worn.
Thoroughly inspect the area where the equipment is to be used and remove all objects which can be thrown by the machine.
