LUBRICATION
General: All bearings used on the tractor and sweeper collector are seated for life, except where specific greasing instructions are given.
Grease Points: Use a good quality medium grease.
Lubricate the following on a monthly basis:
Front wheel bearings: | Grease nipples are located on the inside faces of the wheels |
| adjacent to the stub axles. Turn the wheels to full lock to gain |
| access. |
Front inclined stub axle pivot brushes: | Grease nipples. |
Front centre pivot: | Lubricate with engine oil. |
Steering drag link brushes: | Lubricate with engine oil. |
Pedal linkages/pivots: | Lubricate with engine oil. |
Deck front linkages: | Lubricate with engine oil. |
All belt tensioner pivots: | Brush with grease. |
