PRECAUTIONS
LOCATION
For safe operation and satisfactory performance of your unit, keep the following in mind when selecting a place for its installation:
lShield it from direct sunlight and keep it away from sources of intense heat.
lAvoid dusty or humid places.
lAvoid places with insufficient ventilation for proper heat dissipation. Do not block the ventilation holes at the top and bottom of the VCR. Do not place the unit on a carpet because this will block the ventilation holes.
lInstall unit in a horizontal position.
lAvoid locations subject to strong vibration.
lDo not place the unit near strong magnetic fields.
lDo not move the unit from a cold to a hot place or vice versa.
AVOID THE HAZARDS OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND FIRE
lDo not handle the power cord with wet hands.
lDo not pull on the power cord when disconnecting it from AC wall outlet. Grasp it by the plug.
lIf, by accident, water is spilled on your unit, unplug the power cord immediately and take the unit to an Authorized Service Center for servicing.
lDo not put your fingers or objects into the TV/VCR cassette holder.
lDo not place anything directly on top of the unit.
WARNING :
Moisture condensation may occur inside the unit when it is moved from a cold place to a warm place, or after heating a cold room or under conditions of high humidity. If a tape is played in a TV/VCR which has moisture, it may damage the tape and TV/VCR. Therefore when the condensation occurs inside the unit turn the POWER button on and allow at least 2 hours for the unit to dry out.
If you do not use your TV/VCR for a period of time, turn off your TV/VCR and disconnect it from an AC wall outlet.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
