Case 1. Starting failure
	CHECK	PROBABLE CAUSES	ACTION
	fuel tank	Α incorrect fuel	Α drain it and use correct fuel
	fuel filter	Α fuel filter is clogged	Α clean
	carburetor adjustment screw	Α out of normal range	Α adjust to normal range
	sparking (no spark)	Α spark plug is fouled/wet	Α clean/dry
		Α plug gap is incorrect	Α correct (GAP: 0.6 ~ 0.7 mm)
	spark plug	Α disconnected	Α retighten
Case 2. Engine starts but does not keep running/hard re-starting
	CHECK	PROBABLE CAUSES	ACTION
	fuel tank	Α incorrect fuel or staled fuel	Α drain it and use correct fuel
	carburetor adjustment screw	Α out of normal range	Α adjust to normal range
	muffler, cylinder (exhaust port)	Α carbon is built-up	Α wipe away
	air cleaner	Α clogged with dust	Α wash
	cylinder fin, fan cover	Α clogged with dust	Α clean
