Sleep

—The program period when you want the house at a comfortable temperature for activities before bedtime.

(This is a higher temperature during the heating season and a lower temperature during the cooling season).

—The program period you can set for an energy-saving temperature while you sleeping. (This is a lower temperature during the heating season and a higher temperature during the cooling season).
