DVR Operation

Exiting Playback Mode

To exit the playback mode and return to the Search window (see Figure 3-1), press .

To exit the Search window and return to Live View, press again.

Searching for Events

The DVR event log stores events such as motion- and alarm-activated recording, and video loss.

1.Log on as ADMIN. See Logging On on page 28.

2. Navigate to SEARCH on the control panel, then click . The SEARCH window appears.

3.Navigate to SEARCH BY EVENT, then click . The SEARCH BY EVENT window appears.
