Speed up the synchronization process by synchronizing regularly. If you use Microsoft Outlook, ActiveSync synchronizes only 2 weeks of calendar data by default.
Synchronizing
During synchronization, messages are copied from the Inbox folder of Exchange or Outlook on your desktop computer to the Inbox folder on your P/PC.
