Catalyst TFTP Information View

Catalyst TFTP Information View

This view allows you to conﬁgure and initiate ﬁle transfers to and from the device. To access the Catalyst TFTP Information view, do the following:

1. Within the Application view, highlight the CATStackApp icon (icon mode) or model type name (list mode).

2. From the Icon Subviews menu, select TFTP.

The Catalyst TFTP Information view provides the following information:

Host

Displays the operator-deﬁned name of the source or destination host for this ﬁle transfer.

File

Displays the operator-deﬁned name of the ﬁle for this ﬁle transfer.

Module

Displays the operator-deﬁned number of the module to or from which code or conﬁguration information is being transferred.

Action

This button allows you to select the type of transfer to be carried out and to initiate the transfer. Possible actions are listed in Table 5-4.

	Other	Default value - None of the following.

	DownLoadConﬁg	Receive conﬁguration information from the selected host and ﬁle.

	UpLoadConﬁg	Send conﬁguration information to the selected host and ﬁle.

	DownLoadSw	Receive a software image from the selected host and ﬁle.

	UpLoadSw	Send a software image to the selected host and ﬁle.

	DownLoadFw	Receive a ﬁrmware image from the selected host and ﬁle.

	UpLoadFw	Send a ﬁrmware image to the selected host and ﬁle.
