Language

This setting allows you to set the language used in the camera interface, such as the text in menus.

1In the Setup menu (page 83), select Language.

2In the Language sub-menu, highlight the language you want to use.

3Press OK to save the setting and return to the Setup menu.

Remembered Settings

This setting allows you to save some camera settings that would normally reset to their default values when the camera is turned off.

1In the Setup menu (page 83), select Remembered Settings.

2In the Remembered Settings

sub-menu, use the buttons to highlight a setting, then use the buttons to check or uncheck a

selection.

3Press OK to save the settings and return to the Setup menu.

NOTE The saved setting for Flash is temporarily ignored if the camera is in Video mode or the flash is down.

NOTE Any Capture menu item that is not in this screen already remains set to whatever you selected when the camera is turned off and then back on.
