To Replace Mower Drive Belt

MOWER DRIVE BELT REMOVAL

1.Park tractor on a level surface. Engage parking brake.

2.Lower attachment lift lever to its lowest position.

3.Disengage belt tension rod (K) from lock bracket (L).

CAUTION: Belt tension rod is spring loaded. Have a fi rm grip on rod and release slowly.

4.Remove screws (P) from mandrel covers (Q) and remove covers.

5.Remove any dirt or grass clippings which may have accu- mulated around mandrels and entire upper deck surface.

6.Remove belt from electric clutch pulley (M), both mandrel pulleys (R) and all idler pulleys (S).

MOWER DRIVE BELT INSTALLATION

1.Install belt around both mandrel pulleys (R) and around idler pulleys (S) as shown.

2.Install belt onto electric clutch pulley (M).

IMPORTANT: Check belt for proper routing in all mower pulley grooves.

3.Reassemble mandrel covers (Q). Securely tighten all screws.

4.Engage belt tension rod (K) on locking bracket (L).

CAUTION: Belt tension rod is spring loaded. Have a tight grip on rod and engage slowly.

5. Raise attachment lift lever to highest position.

Austauschen des Antriebsriemens des Mähers

ENTFERNEN DES ANTRIEBSRIEMENS DES MÄHERS

1.Parken Sie den Traktor auf einer ebenen Fläche. Legen Sie die Handbremse ein.

2.Drücken Sie den Hebel für den Anhängerlift auf seine nied- rigste Stellung.

3.Lösen Sie den Riemenspannstab (K) vom Sperrbügel (L).

VORSICHT: Der Riemen ist mit einer Feder gespannt. Halten Sie den Stab fest in der Hand und lassen Sie ihn langsam los.

4.Entfernen Sie die Schrauben (P) von den Wellenabdeckun- gen (Q) und nehmen Sie die Abdeckungen ab.

5.Entfernen Sie Schmutz oder Grasreste, die sich vielleicht rund um die Wellen und auf der ganzen Fläche des Ober- decks angesammelt haben.

6.Nehmen Sie den Riemen von der elektrischen Kupplungss- cheibe (M), den beiden Wellenscheiben (R) und von allen Freilaufscheiben (S) ab.

INSTALLIEREN DES ANTRIEBSRIEMENS DES MÄHERS

1.Legen Sie den Riemen rund um die beiden Wellenscheiben

(R) und um die Freilaufscheiben (S) wie abgebildet.

2.Nun legen Sie den Riemen um die elektrische Kupplungss- cheibe (M).

WICHTIG: Prüfen Sie den richtigen Verlauf des Riemens in

allen Triebradrinnen des Mähers.

3.Montieren Sie die Wellenabdeckungen (Q) wieder an. Zie- hen Sie alle Schrauben gut fest.

4.Schieben Sie den Riemenspannstab (K) in den Sperrbügel

(L) ein.

VORSICHT: Der Riemen ist mit einer Feder gespannt. Halten Sie den Stab fest in der Hand und schieben Sie ihn langsam ein.

5.Heben Sie den Anhängerlifthebel auf seine höchste Stel- lung.
