Temperature Adjustment
Allow case preheat for 45 minutes prior to loading NOTE: This equipment is
not designed to heat-up or cook food.
Food should be slightly higher temperature
than desired holding temperature
when put in display.
1.Measure PRODUCT temperature hourly by inserting a food thermometer into the food. Proper holding temperature is 135º.
2.To change temperature, increase or decrease Overhead Heat by one number at a time.Adjust the griddle tempera- ture as necessary. Measure product temperature again in one hour. Readjust if necessary.
