Troubleshooting
Follow the guidelines below to test and troubleshoot the installation in the event a problem occurs.
Note
Whenever the speed and/or duplex mode are changed during or after power ON, power OFF then power back ON the switch to load the new configuration.
If the PWR LED is OFF, do the following:
❑If the switch is installed on a desktop, check that the power adapter is securely connected to a power outlet. Also, check that the power adapter cable is securely connected to the back of the switch.
❑If the switch is installed in an
