Table 6 describes the elements generated by the Probe for Nortel CNM.

NV_ACK_SYSTEM_ID | System ID of the IRP Manager processing the |
| notification. |

NV_ACK_TIME | Time at which the user acknowledged the alarm. |

NV_ACK_USER_ID | Identifies the last user who has changed the |
| acknowledgement state. |

NV_ADDITIONAL_TEXT | Information about the network element from which |
| the alarm originated. |
|
|
NV_ALARM_TIME | Date when the alarm is cleared. Date is in the |
| mm/dd/yy format. |

NV_ALARM_ID | Identification information of the alarm as it appears |
| in the alarm list. |
|

NV_ALARM_LIST_ALIGNMENT_ | Indicates whether the alarm list requires alignment. |
