Name: Enter the name of the server. For example, enter tsmsrver.

Password: Enter the password for the server. For example, enter not4u.

TCP/IP address: Enter the TCP/IP address for the server. For example, enter tsmsrver.tucson.ibm.com.

TCP/IP port: Enter the TCP/IP port for the server. For example, enter 1502.

External library

Executable location: Enter the fully qualified path to the external library manager executable for each storage agent to which Tivoli Storage Manager can send media access requests.

Library name: Enter a name of your choosing that is less than or equal to 32 characters.

ACSLS, 3494, or SCSI library information

Library name: Enter the name of an ACSLS, 3494, or SCSI library.

Library device name: Enter the device name for an ACSLS, 3494, or

SCSI library, which you will use when you define the path.
