Selecting stereo, second audio program (SAP), and adjusting the sound

The multi-channel TV sound (MTS) feature provides high-fidelity stereo sound. MTS also can transmit a second audio program (SAP), containing a second language or other audio information.

When your TV receives a stereo or SAP broadcast, the word STEREO or SAP appears on-screen every time you turn your TV on, change the channel, or press DISPLAY.

To select stereo or SAP:

1Press MENU on the remote control. The menu screen opens.

2Press or to select the audio icon . The AUDIO menu screen opens.
