Configuring the DPS-10.5
This chapter explains the various settings on the onscreen setup menus. Settings are arranged into six groups:
Picture,
Audio, Language, Display, Operation,
and
Initial Setup
. The following table lists all of the settings, with a brief descrip-
tion and page number where you can find full details. (Certain settings cannot be selected or changed during playback.)

Determines how the built-in Dolby Pro Logic decoder

Specify which speakers are connected and their sizes,
and enable (on) or disable (off) the Speaker Setting.

Specify the distance between each speaker and the
listener, and enable (on) or disable (off) the Speaker
Distance setting.
Test Tone Adjust individual speaker levels with the test tone.
AV Synchronization Resynchronizes sound and picture. 75
Dynamic Range Control (Dolby

SACD Audio Setup Determines how SACD multichannel, 2-channel, and CD

CD Audio Setup Configures the digital audio outputs for CD or DTS CD. 76
