Configuring the DPS-10.5

This chapter explains the various settings on the onscreen setup menus. Settings are arranged into six groups: Picture, Audio, Language, Display, Operation, and Initial Setup. The following table lists all of the settings, with a brief descrip- tion and page number where you can find full details. (Certain settings cannot be selected or changed during playback.)

Audio
		2 Channel	Stereo, Lt/Rt			Determines how the FRONT AUDIO OUT sockets
						downmix multichannel audio.
				Dolby Pro		Determines how the built-in Dolby Pro Logic decoder
				Logic Setting		works.
	Analog
				Speaker	On,	Specify which speakers are connected and their sizes,

		Multi		Setting	Off	and enable (on) or disable (off) the Speaker Setting.
	Out
		Channel		Speaker	On,	Specify the distance between each speaker and the
						listener, and enable (on) or disable (off) the Speaker
				Distance	Off	Distance setting.
				Test Tone		Adjust individual speaker levels with the test tone.
	AV Synchronization					Resynchronizes sound and picture.	75
