Backlighting
Backlight illumination is only activated when you press the LIGHTkey on the rubber key-
pad. Pressing the LIGHTkey will also activate the LCD touchscreen display. After you
press theLIGHT key, the backlighting remains on for 30 seconds, (or however long the
LCD Touchscreen Display Time is set to), if no other commands are given.
If a command is entered after the LIGHTkey has been pressed, the Backlight illumination
continues for a further 30 seconds after the command is completed. Once the Backlight
time has run out, the Backlight does not re-activate until the LIGHTkey is pressed again. If
the Backlight illumination is on, and the LIGHT key is pressed again, the Backlight turns
off.
