2. Insert the U SB plug of an Auxiliary
device (e.g.: Portable MP3 Player or
Flash Drive) into the USB PORT loca ted
on the front of this unit, The LCD
DISPLAY will show “no”.
3. Press th e CD/USB Button (#16) once, “USB” In dicator will be shown in the
LCD DISPLAY. Afterwards, the total
number of music on the player or drive
will be shown as well.
4. Press the CD PLAY/PAUSE "#
BUTTON again to start playing the music.
5. USB playba ck operates the same way as mentioned i n above section
“PLAYING MP3 DISC”, they share all the same function and operation
methods as an MP3 Disc.
6. To exit fr om the USB playback mode, press and h old the CD/USB Button
again, the “USB” Indicator will disa ppear from the LCD DISPLAY.
IMPORTANT:
Because there are so many different MP3 file types in the market
today, this uni t might not supp ort all of the formats avail able due to
the changing encoding methods.
USING HEADPHONES (NOT INCLUDED)
Inserting the plug of your headphones into the Headphone jack will enable
you to listen in private. When usin g headphones, the speakers will be
disconnected automatically.
READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE USING YOUR
HEADPHONES
1. Avoid extended play at ve ry high volume as it may impair your hearing.
2. If you experience ringin g in your ears, reduce the volume or shut off your
unit.
3. Keep the volume at a reasonable level even if your headset is an open-air
type desi

ned to allow you to hear outside sounds.
Please note that excessively high volume may still block outside sounds.
