NOTES:

cWhen shooting, the aperture priority AE becomes 5.6.

cAlways make white balance adjustment when attaching a light source to the camera during shooting.

cIt is recommended to set backlighting 20 – 30 cm behind the adapter in a position that evenly distributes light on the diffuser.

cThis mode uses the camera’s macro feature, so picture quality will differ from that of scanned images, etc.

cBecause of lens characteristics, picture quality at the center of the picture will differ from that around the edges.

cThe film holder’s frame may appear in photo- graphs.

cUnderexposure can throw off white balance.

cIf the distance to the light source is changed while the shutter button is pressed halfway down, the brightness of the image will change, therefore do not move the camera or light source once set in position and ready to shoot.

cBrightness will vary according to film, therefore set exposure to the film before use. (Z pg. 37)

cIt takes 20 seconds for the brightness of the shooting picture to be stable and afterwards half- press the Shutter button.

cWhen shooting in this mode with a fluorescent light source, the flickering of the fluorescent light causes a pattern of thin, horizontal stripes to appear in the image. This does not indicate a malfunction of the camera.

This mode should only be used with non- flickering light sources, such as sunlight or incandescent light.
