Select The Soundtrack

Your VCR can record two soundtracks simultaneously (Normal and Hi-Fi) and play back the selected one, or both together.

	ACCESS MAIN MENU
1	SCREEN
	Press MENU during playback or when VCR is in stop
	mode.
	ACCESS FUNCTION SET
2	SCREEN
	Move the highlight bar (arrow) to "FUNCTION SET" by
	pressing CH5°, then press OK.
	ACCESS AUDIO MONITOR
3	SCREEN
	Move the highlight bar		FUNCTION
	(arrow) to "AUDIO	AUTO TIMER
	MONITOR" by pressing	SUPERIMPOSE
		2ND AUDIO
	CH5°, then press OK.
		=AUDIO MONITOR
		AUX INPUT
		SPECIAL FUNCTION
		PRESS (5,°), THEN (OK)
		PRESS (MENU) TO END
4	SELECT MODE
	You have three choices:	AUDIO MONITOR
	a– Hi-Fi
			=HI–FI
	b– Normal
			NORM
	c– Mix		MIX
	Move the highlight bar
	(arrow) to your choice by
		PRESS (5,°) TO SELECT
	pressing CH5°.	PRESS (MENU) TO END
	RETURN TO NORMAL
5	SCREEN
	Press MENU as many times as necessary.

NOTES:

●If the tape being played back has no Hi-Fi soundtrack, the Normal soundtrack will be heard no matter what choice you make at the Audio Monitor screen.

●If RF connection is used for TV, even if Hi-Fi audio monitor is selected the sound will be mono and will be reproduced in both loudspeakers.
