Express Timer
Programming
before you start
Make sure that the VCR’s clock is set correctly
Insert a cassette with the safety tab in place
Turn on the TV and select the Video channel or the AV Mode
If you do not know the PlusCode number for the programme that you wish to record, follow the instructions below to manually set your VCR to record.
Get to the Timer Programming Set Screen
Press PROG. You will see the following TV screen information.
VIDEO PLUS+
FEXPRESS PROGRAMING
[1] a k [PROG]: EXIT
Get to the Programme Screen
Press 1to place the pointer (highlighted bar) next to “EXPRESS PROGRAMING”, then press OK.

set start time Use the START + / – buttons (number keys 1 and/or 4) to enter the start time.
set stop time Use the STOP + / – buttons (number keys 2 and/or 5) to enter the stop time.
set date Use the DATE + / – buttons (number keys 3 and/or 6) to adjust the date (current date will automatically appear).
set programme Use the PR + / – buttons to enter the programme required.
set tape speed You can change the tape speed between Standard Play (SP) and Long Play (LP) by pressing /.
