To skip to the previous directory—either on the same hierarchy level or on a different hierarchy level

On the control panel:

1Press MODE (M) while playing

an MP3 disc. The unit enters the functions mode.

2Press 4 briefly while still in the functions mode.

Each time you press the button consecutively, the previous directory is located (and the first file in the directory starts playing, if recorded).

On the remote controller:

To skip to the next directory on the same hierarchy level (only within the same parent directory)

On the remote controller:

PRESET	Each time you press the button
	consecutively, the next directory
	on the same hierarchy level is
	located (and the first file in the
	directory starts playing, if
	recorded).
