You can search for and play the desired items through the control screen for MP3/WMA/JPEG/MPEG-1/MPEG-2/ ASF/DivX discs.

To move the highlight bar between group list and track list

To select an item in the list

The control screen automatically appears on the TV screen when you load an MP3, WMA JPEG, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, ASF or DivX disc.

Ex.: When the MP3 disc is loaded.

Move the highlight bar to the desired item.

•If you move the highlight bar while playing back an MP3/ WMA file or DVD-VR (PG/PL) disc, the selected track starts playback automatically.

•If files of different types (MP3, WMA, JPEG, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, ASF and DivX) are recorded on a disc, select the file type to play (see page 36).

To start playback

For JPEG:

			The selected track (still picture)
	ENTER/SET
			is displayed until you change it.
			Slide-show playback starts.
		DVD/CD
			Each track (still picture) is
			shown on the screen for about 3
			seconds, then changes one after
			another.
For the other files:
ENTER/SET			Playback starts with the selected
			track.

•Pressing DVD/CD 3 also starts playback.

•Once you start playing back a JPEG/MPEG-1/MPEG-2/ ASF/DivX track, the control screen disappears.

•To cancel slide-show and display the current still picture, press 8.
