Basic Operations

This section describes the basic procedures of how to insert a disc into the disc tray and how to play the disc.

● You can perform all operations with the remote control and basic operations from the player itself.

● The	DVD		DVD	AUDIO	VIDEO	symbols after titles in this section mean that these operations
	AUDIO		VIDEO	CD	CD
can be		performed with the indicated types of disc.
Example:								Means that the operation can be performed on all discs.

				AUDIO	VIDEO	CD	CD

Loading a Disc

1Press [OPEN/CLOSE] on the remote control. (On the player itself, press 0.) The disc tray is ejected.

2Place the disc on the disc tray.

Place the disc so it is aligned with the center of the disc tray. If the disc is not aligned correctly, it may be damaged when the disc tray closes or it may become jammed in the disc tray.

Place the disc with the label facing upwards

• Place 8 cm discs in the

groove in the disc tray.

3Press [OPEN/CLOSE] on the remote control. (On the player itself, press 0.) The disc tray closes.

Note:

●Be careful not to trap your fingers in the disc tray.
