Entering the key number

If you select a bonus group using the methods described previously, the following message will appear on the display asking you to enter the key number.

KEY_ _ _ _ (The first digit for the key number blinks)

The key number you enter here is the key number for accessing bonus groups. Please refer to the documentation provided with the disc for details.

While an Audio DVD disc is playing or paused

1Press the number buttons (0-9) to enter the (4 digit) key number.

To correct a mistake, press 2/3 to move to the digit and reenter the number.

While you are entering the key number BONUS blinks on the display.

2After entering the (4 digit) key number, press [ENTER] or # (Play).

If the key number is correct, BONUS goes out from the display and the bonus group number is displayed. You can now perform standard operations with the bonus group.

If the key number is not correct, the first digit for the key number blinks and the player waits for you to reenter the key number.

Cancelling Key Number Entry Mode

You can exit key number entry mode using one of the following operations.

Press [CLEAR].

Switch the power off.

Not entering the key number within 10 seconds.

Make a song selection (selecting a group, etc.)

Press [STOP].

Clearing the key number
