Changing Parental Lock

The procedure for changing the parental lock settings is similar to the previous procedure, except that you need to

enter the existing password before you can make any changes.

While a DVD Video disc is stopped or no disc is loaded 1 While pressing 7 (Stop), press [ENTER].

The parental lock screen appears.

The arrow ( ) moves to [PASSWORD].

The display returns to the opening screen.

Note:

If you cannot remember the password for step 2, enter 8888.

If you enter an incorrect password three times at step 2, the arrow ( ) moves to EXIT and you cannot use the

5/° buttons to move it.
