Iced Coffee
Makes 4 serves
120ml espresso
900ml milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
1. Place the espresso, milk , ice cream
and syrup into the ble nder jug;
securely seal the li d onto the blender.
2. Se cure the blender jug o nto the motor
base and turn the s peed control dial
to the ‘PULSE’ setting for 15 sec onds or
until smooth.
3. Rem ove the lid and pour into four ta ll
glasses. Serve immediately.
Chocolate Milkshake
Makes 4 serves
750ml milk
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
½ cup chocolate syrup
1. Place the milk, ice cream and s yrup
into the blender jug ; securely seal the
lid onto the blender.
2. Se cure the blender jug o nto the motor
base and turn the s peed control dial
to the ‘PULSE’ setting for 15 sec onds or
until smooth.
3. Rem ove the lid and pour into four
milkshake glasses. Serve immediately.
