SEARCH FOR CHANNELS
AUTOMATIC SEARCH
The frequencies and symbol rates, and the channels available, may be different for
different cable network operators. So as to keep the search time as short as possible, you can ask your cable network provider in advance for information on which programmes are transmitted on which frequencies and channels and with which symbol rates, and then set up the search accordingly.
Use the buttons to select the start frequency for the search.
Press the buttons to access the next line.
Use the buttons to select the end frequency for the search.
Press the buttons to access the next line. If necessary you can input further symbol rates at this point, using the numeric pad buttons on the remote control.
Press the buttons to access the next line. Use the buttons to perform the settings for the channels to search for. You can select from “All”, “Only encrypted” and “Only free to air”.
Press the buttons to access the next line. Press the button to start scanning for channels.
