The glass tray will not move.

You do not hear

the programming or end-of-cycle tone,

CAUSE

•The glass tray is not correctly in place. Itshould be correct-side up and sitting firmly on the center hub.

•The support is not operating correctly. Remove the glass tray and restart the oven, Ifthe hub still does not move, call Sears Service at 1-80O-4-MY-HOME®. Cooking without the glass tray can give you poor results,
