To set the Convection Convert feature

The c_;;_CONV, CONVERT pad is used to automatically convert a standard baking recipe for convection baking. When set properly, this feature is designed to display the actual converted (reduced) temperature in display.

Convection Convert may ONLY be used with a Bake, Timed Bake or a Delay Start (Delayed Timed Bake) setting. When used with a Timed Bake or a Delayed Timed Bake setting, the Convection Convert feature will display a "CF" for check food when the bake time is 75% complete (See Fig. 4). At this time the oven control will sound 3 long beeps at regular intervals until baking has finished. When the bake time has completely finished the control will display "End" and will sound 3 long

beeps every 30 seconds until the _.--_, pad) is pressed (See Fig. 5).

Using Convection Convert feature to adjust oven temperature from a Bake recipe (example below when setting oven for 350°F):

1.Arrange interioroven racks and place food in oven.

2.Press Bo,o.... (See Fig. 1). If a Cook Time or a Delay Start is desired, enter the times now.

3.Press Convert___. "CONV BAKE" and the oven set temperature adjustment will appear in the display (for this example it is 325°F). A beep will sound once the adjusted oven set temperature is reached. (See Fig. 2).

Note: When used with a Cook Time or a Delay Start setting, the Convection Convert feature will display a "CF" for check food when the bake time is 75% complete (See Fig. 3). At this time the oven control will sound 3 long beeps at regular intervals until baking has finished. When the bake time has completely finished the control will display "End" and will sound 3 long beeps every 30 seconds until the

_pad is pressed (See Fig. 4).

Note: Please allow the convection fan 6 minutes to activate. When the convection fan activates, a rotating fan icon will appear in the display (See Fig. 3) This rotating fan icon indicates when the convection fan is operating.

Note: The minimum amount of cook time using the Convection Convert feature with a Cook Time or a Delay Start function is 20 minutes.

To Set Add 1 Minute Feature

The _ ADD 1 MINUTE pad is used to set additional minutes to the Kitchen Timer. Each time the _ pad is pressed,

another minute is added to the Kitchen Timer if the Kitchen Timer is already active. If the Kitchen Timer is not active and

the @ pad is pressed, the Kitchen Timer feature will become active and will begin counting down from 1 minute.

When the Kitchen Timer reaches the end of the set time, the timer will display "End" and signal 3 long beeps at regular

intervals until _ is pressed. If a Kitchen Timer function has ended pressing _ will restart the timer at 1 minute. For
