DVD-VIDEO Disc Menu

DVDs may offer menus that allow you to access special features.

1Press the [MENU] button The disc menu is displayed.

2Use the [5]/[∞]/[2]/[3] button to highlight your selection, then press the [ENTER] button.

3To return to the first menu feature, press the [TOP MENU] button again.4To remove the disc menu, press the [MENU] button again.

DVD-VR Menu

Selects an option from the DVD-VR Disc menu.

1Press the necessary operation button In case of Program list : [TOP MENU] In case of Play list : [MENU]

2Use the [5] or [∞] button to highlight your selection, then press the [ENTER] button

✍To remove the disc menu, press the [MENU] button or the [TOP MENU] button again

Video CD PBC Menu

Press [RETURN] to return to the menu screen.

Menu settings and operating procedures may differ. Follow the instructions on the each menu screen.

✍ To resume PBC, press [TOP MENU] or [MENU].

Zoom

The zoom function allows you to enlarge the video image.

Press the [ZOOM] button repeatedly during playback or in the pause mode to enlarge the image.

✍You can move through the zoomed picture using [5]/[∞]/[2]/[3].

Time Search DVD-VIDEO DVD-VRVideoCD

The Time Search function allows you to start playing at any chosen time on the disc.

1Press the [OSD] button twice briefly during playback2Press the [2] or [3] button to select the TimeSearch icon in the on-screen display. Press the [ENTER] button.

The “_: _ _: _ _” appears in the Time Search box.

3Press the [5] or [∞] button to change the number, then press the [2] or [3] button to move to the next entry

4Press the [ENTER] button to confirm the start time

Playback starts from the selected time on the disc.

✍If you enter an invalid time, playback will continue from the current point.

Direct Search

Searching the chapter by entering the number.

1Select the search mode Press the [DIRECT] button.

Each time you press the button, the search mode alternates between the modes.
