To set the Digital Rec mode:

1.Press the F. SHIFT = REC (REC MODE)* button on Remote Control unit.

2.Select “Rec Mode Auto” or “Rec Mode Manual”.

It is not possible to recording monitor a digital source signal onto the device connected to the CD2/TAPE2 MONITOR input.
