Setting an Exposure Compensation Default
You can adjust the Exposure Compensation setting so it is used every
time you turn on the camera. For more information about The Exposure
Compensation feature, see page 22.
1Set the Mode dial to Camera Setup.
2Slide the POWER switch to the right t o
turn on the camera.
The main C a mera Setup screen appears.
3Press a button until the
icon is highli ghted.
4Press the DO-IT button.
The Exposure Compensation Default
screen appears.
5Pr ess a button until the exposure
compen sation number you want
is highlighted.
If your pictures are too dark, increase (+)
the exposure number.
If your pictures are too light, decrease (-)
the exposure number.
The main default setting for Exposure
Comp ensation is 0.0.
6Press the DO-IT button to accept the
changes and return to the main Camera
Setup screen.
