Please check the following items before requesting repair. When this LCD monitor still does not work properly after checking in following way, stop using it, turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug from the AC Outlet, and contact the store where it was purchased. In case a COMPUTER is connected, please refer to the User's Manual for this LCD monitor also.
