Running Diagnostics
If you are having problems with your DVC323 camera, run the diagnostic software to determine if there is a Kodak driver problem.
1Close all applications that may be running on your computer.
2Click on the Start button on your computer taskbar.
3Click on Programs.
4Click on KODAK DVC323.
5Click on DVC323 Diagnostic.
6Wait until the diagnostic software finishes and displays one of the following two symbols:
✔Green smiling
✔Frowning face and an error
