Getting help

If Try one or more of the following

Stored pictures are corrupted.

■Retake pictures. (Do not remove card while the camera is on. Keep rechargeable battery charged.)

■Transfer the pictures to the computer (page 37), then format the card or internal memory (see page 36).

Caution: Formatting a card deletes all pictures and videos, including protected files.

In Review mode,	■ Check the image storage location setting (page 36).

■ Make sure your camera is not in Close-up mode (page 6).

■ Move so there is at least 2 ft (0.6 m) between the camera and the subject.

■ Press the Shutter button halfway to focus and set exposure. When the framing marks turn green, press the Shutter button completely down.

■ Place the camera on a steady surface.
